Digital Touch Ltd is an online shop for technology products. Our main goal is to provide excellent service and care to our clients. All products are covered with warranty and our local service shops are long established in the Cyprus market. All your personal data such as name, mailing addresses, phone number, email, credit cards numbers, are kept in our server and will not be disclosed to a third part.
PRICES: If you find your product for less on another shop in Cyprus within 5 days of purchase, DIGITAL TOUCH LTD will refund you the difference (This term is valid if the mentioned product is the same new product, including the same accessories and equivalent warranty)The product price is the price displayed (VAT inc.) excluding discounts such as, promotional codes, gift certificates, and any other promotional offers (stock liquidation or sales).
This offer is limited for each product purchased on www.digitaltouch.com.cy to one refund per household. Products from websites based on bidding systems or small ads placed by individuals and/or products delivered outside of Cyprus are not included. To obtain the refund, you just need to send us a copy of your invoice, with the same product as you purchased from Digital Touch ltd (listed at a lower price) and your bank details (IBAN).Once the details have been confirmed, we will refund you the difference between the product you purchased on www.digital touch.com.cy and the price you have found on another shop in Cyprus according to the above conditions, by bank transfer.
In the event of a fault with your product, if repair is not possible, you will be 100% refunded.For two whole years, Digital Touch Ltd ensures that your product will be traded-in if a fault occurs and it is not repairable. You will also be able to choose a replacement product from Applicable Conditions for refund during both years of fault: If your product breaks down and cannot be repaired, you have 24 months from the date of purchase to get a refund. The product must be returned to DIGITAL TOUCH LTD for technical examination in order to identify the nature of the breakdown, to confirm that this does fall within the terms of the manufacturer's warranty and to make sure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (e.g. CD-ROM, cables, user manual etc.).The refunded amount is equal to the value of the product excluding shipping and guarantee. If the total amount of your order is greater than the value of the returned product, you can make up the difference by a payment method of your choice.
ORDERS: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order that you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we despatch the goods to you or commence the services; whichever is the earlier.

CANCELLATON RIGHTS:
Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer (i.e. for private use as opposed to business use), please note that you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 14 days. All the goods must be returned, with their original packaging, in as good a condition as they were in when they were delivered to you.

Rights of a buyer
If you buy goods from a trader and they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or don't match their description, the trader will probably have to put things right. DELIVERY METHODS:
The products bought on the Site will be delivered with ACS COURIER SERVICES.
Express delivery. This method of delivery allows you to receive your package in 24 to 48 hours with ACS COURIER SERVICES to their offices around Cyprus. When you place your order before 10 am, it will be handled the same day, if the product is in stock . The delivery fees for this option will depend on the articles selected. Please see list below for Cyprus.

ORDERING METHOD:
You can send us your order by email, through our online ordering system or even call us. We will need a full address and name in order to dispatch the product.
PAYMENT METHODS:
You can arrange payment at the deliveryYou can pay in cash or with credit card. We do accept all credit cards from Cypriot banks-Visa payment can be made with our portable visa machine.
If delivery is arranged with ACS couriers then you should pay the whole amount of the Invoice at the ACS counters in cash and then you can pick up the ordered goods.
