Computers warranty. Very Important

Please have in mind that personal computers (Desktop or laptop) warranty covers ONLY hardware. If your equipment is damaged from a virus then repair is not free of charge.

We strongly advise you  the following

a.       To purchase an antivirus the day you purchase your equipment and install it. Usually the manufacturer has already installed an antivirus with time limitation 30-40 days.

            Some antivirus request to remove this trial version antivirus before installs the new one.

b.      To make a recovery cd after the initial start-up and send this cd to us every time you send your equipment for repair.

            If you fail to do so, an additional cost will be implemented.

c.       To make a dvd or cd with all your valuable files ( document, photos, videos etc) every now and then. The cost is negligible and you secure that if a failure occurs then your memories will not disappear.  

d.      The battery warranty is 6 months.
